All About Me

I am 50 years old, married to my wonderful husband (Tim) of 5 years and have a gorgeous 19 year old daughter (Shelby) and a 24 year old stepson (Josh). I am a graduate from Jacksonville State University with a bachelor's degree in elementary educator.
I am currently seeking my first teaching job as an elementary teacher. I am certified to teach Pre-K through 6th grade.
Big change of careers!!!
I worked in finance and accounting in the automobile dealership business for over 22 years and found it was time for a change a few years ago. I returned to college at the age of 47 and began my journey to become an elementary teacher.

I love traveling, cooking, crafting, spending time with my family and friends. I also love, love, love food! More than I should...

I love to cook and try out new recipes when I have the time.

I am super excited about this new path I'm traveling towards becoming an educator and would love to share this journey with all of you.
